Abstract:

Plateau Golf and Country Club is an 18 hole championship golf course.  A 114 lot exclusive single family residential subdivision is affiliated with the golf course.  The Project posed significant stormwater challenges.  Goldsmith collaborated with the water quality consultant in authoring a Golf Course Management Plan including irrigation specifications and an Integrated Pest Management Plan and construction sequencing.
