Mark Barber

Mark Barber, P.E.

Engineering Project Manager

As a water resources engineer for Goldsmith, Mark is responsible for the development of stormwater control plans.  He has many years of experience in water resources and municipal engineering specifically related to drainage planning and assessment. Mark is experienced in the preparation of master drainage plans for large scale residential developments and the application of low impact development Best Management Practices.  He also has extensive experience in the development of wetland hydrologic mitigation plans, and has completed floodplain mapping and hazard studies following FEMA guidelines.  He has extensive event-based and continuous hydrologic and hydraulic modeling experience with programs such as HSPF, SWMM, HECRAS and KCRTS.

Entitlement Project Manager

As Entitlement Project Manager for Goldsmith, Trish works tirelessly for our clients.  Her role includes managing and coordinating every element of residential and commercial development projects from early feasibility, entitlement approvals, development plans, construction, and record drawings. She coordinates with local municipalities, as well as federal and state agencies, obtaining permitting and approvals.  Clients also rely on Trish to interface and assist with those consultants retained to address every discipline necessary to the project’s success.

ENTITLEMENT PROJECT MANAGER

As an Entitlement Project Manager for Goldsmith, Kevin has a hands-on approach from project inception, through project feasibility, entitlement approvals, development plans, construction, and record drawings.  He has been involved in several residential and commercial development projects, obtaining permitting and approvals from government agencies in the state of Washington.  This includes local cities and counties, water and sewer districts, and state and federal agencies like the Departments of Ecology, Fish and Wildlife, and Natural Resources.  Kevin’s experience focuses on working with local property owners, as well as residential and commercial builders/land developers, assisting them with building permits, lot line agreements, boundary line adjustments, assessor segregations, short plats, subdivisions, commercial site development and re-development, binding site plans, and SEPA /critical area approvals.
