Mark Barber, P.E.
Engineering Project Manager
As a water resources engineer for Goldsmith, Mark is responsible for the development of stormwater control plans. He has many years of experience in water resources and municipal engineering specifically related to drainage planning and assessment. Mark is experienced in the preparation of master drainage plans for large scale residential developments and the application of low impact development Best Management Practices. He also has extensive experience in the development of wetland hydrologic mitigation plans, and has completed floodplain mapping and hazard studies following FEMA guidelines. He has extensive event-based and continuous hydrologic and hydraulic modeling experience with programs such as HSPF, SWMM, HECRAS and KCRTS.
Mark A. Mauger, P.L.S.
SENIOR SURVEY PROJECT MANAGER
Mark is a Senior Project Survey Manager for Goldsmith, responsible for project coordination between client, field personnel, and office technicians. He has experience preparing a variety of surveys including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, wireless communication facility surveys, control surveys, construction surveys, and A.L.T.A. surveys. Mark also prepares legal descriptions associated with boundary line adjustments, short plats, final plats, right-of-way vacations, and dedications, as well as coordinates the accompanying sketches and legal drawings.
Kevin Reese, P.L.S.
Kevin Reese has decades of experience surveying across multiple states. His many years as Goldsmith’s senior party chief anchored our reputation for accuracy and client service in the field. Kevin continues to use this work ethic and experience as a Licensed Professional managing field crews and providing survey services, advice, and project management. His long experience in the field and office, combined with his technical and professional expertise, provides a unique resource for Goldsmith’s clients.
David H. Myhill, P.L.S.
As a Project Surveyor for Goldsmith, David is in charge of all facets of field surveying; including topographic surveys, photogrammetric ground control surveys, boundary surveys (residential lots and section subdivisions) and construction surveys (roads, sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer, curb and gutter, and building layout). David takes pride facilitating and assisting landowners and developers in achieving their dreams and plans. He takes seriously the need to continue his education in survey techniques and the technology needed to provide the highest level of professional services. In addition to field duties, David is responsible for quality control of field data and office computations, and provides direction, leadership, and training to field crews and Goldsmith survey department technicians.
Entitlement Project Manager
As Entitlement Project Manager for Goldsmith, Trish works tirelessly for our clients. Her role includes managing and coordinating every element of residential and commercial development projects from early feasibility, entitlement approvals, development plans, construction, and record drawings. She coordinates with local municipalities, as well as federal and state agencies, obtaining permitting and approvals. Clients also rely on Trish to interface and assist with those consultants retained to address every discipline necessary to the project’s success.
ENTITLEMENT PROJECT MANAGER
As an Entitlement Project Manager for Goldsmith, Kevin has a hands-on approach from project inception, through project feasibility, entitlement approvals, development plans, construction, and record drawings. He has been involved in several residential and commercial development projects, obtaining permitting and approvals from government agencies in the state of Washington. This includes local cities and counties, water and sewer districts, and state and federal agencies like the Departments of Ecology, Fish and Wildlife, and Natural Resources. Kevin’s experience focuses on working with local property owners, as well as residential and commercial builders/land developers, assisting them with building permits, lot line agreements, boundary line adjustments, assessor segregations, short plats, subdivisions, commercial site development and re-development, binding site plans, and SEPA /critical area approvals.
